Just bought a new monitor, it's a Dell U3415W. However, when connecting it to the PC via mDP>DP cable (original, that came with the monitor), the machine simply don't load the SO. It shows the POST correctly, and then hangs with q-code 00 shown on the MB.

If a just select another input on the monitor (other than mDP), the SO starts loading after POST and I can select mDP again, and everything works as it should. Well, I found that disabling DP 1.2 compatibility on the monitor (which then reverts to DP 1.1a) solves the boot problem.

Which version is the DP port on the 780 TI Matrix Platinum? Is there any known issue related to DP connection on that board?
