What is going on during this boot animation (like, is this before Windows takes over?) and what is a normal length of time for it to continue?

It's just loading hardware drivers and Windows software in the background to initialize or boot to WIndows

I got mine disabled anyways, but it will show your OC percentage while post, like 15 percent overclocked or some ****
