Hi There,

Bought a ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL OC 8GB Video Card from mwave a few weeks back and submitted gears of war promo code exactly 7 days ago and still have not received!!

When i punch serial and my id code in the "find status of redemption here" it says they will send in next 3-5 days its now been 7. No idea how to contact support can anyone please assist?

P.s have just resubmitted again, appear you can just continuosly resubmit ??

thanks for your response, this is an Asus give away not a Mwave one - It was consistant between different resellers

- https://www.asus.com/event/vga/gears-of-war-4/ there is also a thread about it in the forums as peoples PPIDs were not being accepted and moderator from here was helping them. is there a support number or something i can put through to ? I legitimately only moved on this when i did for the free game.

haha i will do if i ever get it to work - Tried the new Code sent to me says invalid haha . this is what i call bad luck considering my mate was up and gaming when we bought same card same day with in 48 hours haha (always my luck) 😄
