Hi,

Can anyone help me with this problem? My windows explorer crashes all the time! Especially when I insert my external HDD and try to open my computer. This is very very anoying because like this I can't put my music on my new laptop!
Anyone ideas?

If you have Asus Web Storage installed, uninstall it.

Read the User's Manual for more info. 😄
