hi hamood_d10
Did you install Intel IRST drive for SSDs or just use Win10 native default Driver?

From the manual here (Page 1-38)
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/MAXIMUS_VIII_EXTREME/E10739_MAXIMUS_VIII_EXTREME_UM_WEB....

Connected the Samsung to B section in SATA6G_1 as I mentioned up (Not Fixed)
Connected the Samsung to A section in SATA6G_5 or 6 and checked but its the same results (Not Fixed)
Checked in bios and yes its recognized and AHCI enabled (Not Fixed)
Uninstalled "Intel Chipset, IRST, MEI" and install them again (Not Fixed)

BTW I called my friend since he have the same rig as I do but he customize it as he likes and he had the same issue

It would be great if it someone who can help me here

As NemesisChild says make sure your 850 pro is connected to an intel sata port.

It's a Bug on the Software Samsung magician Since Windows 1607 Update. Not to worry about.....
Search in Google about it.....
