G752VS cooling pad?

Hi guys,

I just bought the G752VS yesterday and its awesome as hell! Im just wondering if i will need a cooling pad for my gaming laptop?

I've noticed that I don't need one exactly, but I use this because I often game on the couch. If I was at my desk when I gamed, I wouldn't bother with it. I have the G752VS, but I do not have the OC edition. If you have the OC edition, there are some threads on here about keeping it cool.

For lap use, this is great. It has a couple of quite, usb-powered fans. If your intention is to give it extra cooling on your desk, there are a lot better models out there. Again, I do not have the OC edition which seems to suffer from greater heat. My G752VS doesn't really break 70C while gaming without the fans plugged in.

I also have the non oc, i dont think its available in Australia yet. Ill keep on eye on the temperature see if it needs a cooling pad 🙂
