hello friends, i have a very annoying problem, since a couple of months back, my laptop doesnt hibernate when reaching critical battery levels, i have checked the settings in advanced power options, and specifically states that the systen have to hibernate when reaching 10% but it doesnt happen, instead, the laptop just power off abruptly without warning or anything, this is very annoying.

i'm using windows 10 home by the way
