I would update Chipset driver, and ATK package I don't know of any other software from Asus for the keyboard. Now then you could have another problem software driver that is affecting the keyboard in that case you need to start deleting programs until you find it. or back up your data, crated and disk/SSD image and then restore back factory condition and start over. Macrium Reflect Free will prevent you from losing any data. If you RMA it that is exactly what Asus Repair will do with the exception that they won't back up your data you'll just lose it. They expect that if your data is important to you that you would have it backed up.

OMG! It worked! You are a genius, for the record i used FW_NK0003000B with a ROG GL502VSK latest firmware 309. I am pretty sure the clowns in the service center would say the motherboard is broken for the keyboard and would recommend i purchase a new one. To all struggling with this laptop keyboard not working this is most definitely a firmware issue for the keyboard and not a BIOS issue. Thank you soooooo much you are a life saver and to all in this forum. I know your tutorial is 3yrs old but it's Oct 2019 and it's a life saver. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Your post gave me hope ... I have an Asus ROG G752VT-T7022T with exactly the same symptoms that occurred in your laptops, i.e. the keyboard does not work (also in bios). In the device manager the keyboard is detected as PC / AT PS / 2 (101/102 keys). Only one key works (for nvidia), the touchpad works, the keyboard backlight does not work. So far, BogdanCiulea's solution has not worked for me.Below is the content of the file ASUS_USB_Update_Result.log
