I managed to fix by installing ATKPackage and Splendid_Upgrade for Windows 10.
This fixed this issue for me. I had exactly the same problem.

Hi, is there no solution to this problem? Is the only solution to replace the motherboard?

    Hello cemil,
Was there any update or modification before the issue occurred?
Which BIOS and driver version you are using now?
    Thank you.

    Thank you,
    Bios version: G750JS.205
I replaced the motherboard with a used motherboard. I don't know if an update has been made.

I installed windows 10 2 days ago. As soon as the Power button is pressed fans start working at maximum speed. (a few seconds after using the power buttons, before the windows logo appears, fans start working at maximum speed)

I have the same problems with the first message. Fans are running at max speed continuously. The nvidia video card driver is not installed, nvidia gtx870m video card cannot be found.

Device Manager is showing yellow "!" for following: Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller - 0C01
Error Code: This device cannot start. (Code 10). An ACPI Power Object failed to transition state
