I downloaded the newest one, and neither my old one, nor the new one have that option. I do have a lot of other garbage down there though. I think there are different ROG Gaming Centers for the versions of the laptop. I have a GL702VM.. I don't think us owners get that option.. anyone with a GL702vm that has that?.

Can you also let us know what version of ROG GC you're on? I'm on 2.0.3.

Also, does running MSI or Undervolting using the Intel tweaks void the warranty on these?

I have the same laptop and i have the same problem, don't know why ?
I use notebook fancontrol, i don't think undervolting should be a problem but really can't say if your warranty would be taken.

Drilled some holes for the main fans couple of days ago and GPU and CPU stays on like 78 degrees with undervolting and all the tweaks in this thread.
I bought some mesh to protect the fans, later i'll show another picture.

Now trying without undervolt and will see how it will hold up, keep you posted.

Yeah, let us know, Overwatch on Epic, get great FPS, and hit 100% gpu but GPU temp only gets to 77. CPU hits 55% max, but it hits 94.

Don't think I can live with 94 CPU

I can almost guarantee that you void your warranty by drilling holes into it. XD

Thanks for the info, sharing info on this stuff is what's going to help.

I was originally getting around GPU 86c when running skyrim on the highest settings. after setting my CPU to only 99% usage (i didn't want to mess with undervolting, even thought I downloaded the Intel program). and I also downloaded the MSI fan configs and use setting 1. after that my GPU was hitting like 77C max. However, I then purchased Battlefield 1 because I wanted something better to test on. My temps are now CPU 81c/GPU 86C max during the game . its' usually a few degrees lower, but that's the peaks.. I'd say average during game its like 79c/84c

I don't know, no warranty after a year either. After a year of too hot cpu/gpu ....u dont know what will happen

-Without undervolting with Sniper Ghost warrior 3 on best graphics max CPU : 77 GPU : 83 and average CPU : 70 GPU : 77 .
-Got the CPU on 99% btw .

Idle and webbrowsing : CPU 38 and GPU around 45
