hello. first of all sorry for bad english if anything its not my native tongue
my problem is as the title says my pc isnt booting on the first run sometimes. sometimes its booting from the first run 5-6 times in a row and sometimes its not. i dont know when i happens but when it does happen ive got this code on my motherboard:

what ive tried:
- reinstalled windows
- switchng memory
- swapping video card
- removing motherboard battery
any please help?

ok so im trying to reinstall windows right now, i plug in usb with windows iso and when i tried to reboot system ddnt load
i got 31 error code on motherboard and 2 qleds remain lit

DRAM_LEDBOOT_DEVIDE_LED

i recall one new fact but im not sure if it cause the problem. probably this problem started after when i clean tower from dust. may be i plug in something wrong but i dont understand why system boot after few power button pressure than?
