ASUS Watch Dogs 2 with purchase of GTX 1070/1080

I recently purchased a GTX 1070, specifically the ASUS GTX DUAL 1070 OC Model. According to their promotion shown here, I could redeem Watch Dogs 2.

But according to the redeem details on the website the promotion is only:

"The following process is available for Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippine, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. If you are from other regions, please visit GeForce.com to redeem your code."

My question is, will this stay exclusive to South East Asia? I clicked on the Geforce link and it seems to accept redemption codes for the US. Will this promotion be available to the US sometime soon? I purchased the card on November 26th and was hoping to take advantage of this deal. I wouldn't see why it doesn't work with US purchases.

For any countries outside of APAC you need to redeem the game code directly through Nvidia redemption website (http://redeem.geforce.com)

Please note not all promotions are global promotions, if the official promotion website (Nvidia website) doesn't list your country as one of the countries qualified for the game code redemption then your country will not be qualified for this promotion.
