The common file that crashed is igdrcl64.dll. That deals with Intel graphic card driver. I had used DDU and still crash with low scores as I mentioned before. Does anybody know any solutions to solve that problem? I think the reason for the low scores I think it has to do with the crashes. Can I delete that file and all related? I think may be working with the Nvidia driver creating conflicts.
