Opening another thread due to another issue/question.
The power jack connector is a bit loose on my brand new GL702VM. When fully plugged in, I can move the connector sidewards like 1mm by just touching it. I took a picture from the power socket and I cannot see any issues there. I am just concerned that someday it's even more loose and the laptop can't get power...currently it works as it should. I contacted ASUS and they said I can try a DOA swap with the seller, but it seems I cannot even get their attention so I might need to send it for repair to ASUS directly.
Anyone else have the same?
