slow usb3 was ok on my old rampage v i used to get at least 215 mb/s read and 109 mb/s write on my same ole mushkin 32gb usb stick now with this rampage 10 driving me nuts i get like 74 mb/s read 22 mb/s write on the internal front bottom of board which i believe is (intel3.0?) and back external asmedia i get 89 mb/s read 45 mb/s
i also notice win 10 takes a whole lot longer to install . what can be wrong since it could be no windows issue since it is slow at the start

Did you check if you have the latest USB drivers?
Make sure you install latest chipset driver as well
Sincerely,
Legolas

a month later figured it out my asus PCE-AC68 wireless adapter in PCIEX4_1 removed it using the on-board now USB is fast as heck.... even if i put any card in PCIEX4_1 slows the USB's down
