G551JW Caps Lock and Fn key not working

Hi,

For some reason today when I booted up my G551JW, the Caps Lock and Fn key no longer seem to work. Caps Lock doesn't light up the indicator, Fn key isn't allowing me to change volume/brightness/etc.

I have tried uninstalling/updating ATK Package and Uninstalling the listed Keyboards under Device Manager.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

The keyboard itself could be failing. My screen and keyboard (G752VY) had to be replaced after only 5 months... If its still under warranty, the ASUS repair center will change it with no fuss. Took them only 3 days in my case.

I would also recommend sending your unit for RMA
Please contact your local Asus help line or repair center near you for further assistence
