G701VI Clean Install - NVIDIA driver install problem

Trying to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64. When I try to install the NVIDIA GTX 1080 drivers downloaded from the ASUS web site I get an error that the drivers are not compatible with my system. Same thing with the drivers directly from the NVIDIA web site. Any idea what the problem might be? Thx

Yes. Those are the drivers. I figure out the problem. I was missing some Windows updates. After I installed them the problem went away.
