my gl552vw battery problem

hi i have gl552vw .
my laptop is always pluged in .but for no reason its battery get discharge.
and when get discharge i cant charge it again until it drop below 95 percent.
what should i do ?

I think that's normal, as a safeguard against constant charging and discharging of the battery when the laptop is ON.
I think if you were to turn off the laptop it would charge to 100%.

i think my laptop use battery in sleep while even its connected to power suply.
when i wake up my lap top form sleep it shows this message
