where are this Asmedia drivers cuz the only one i have are from the asus page and i'm not in the last bios, is 0002.

they are there on the Asus page, the latest description is*Asmedia_USB3_V1.16.35.1

Bring that BIOS up to 2202 to start with. Windows 10 should be installing all the necessary drivers for your USB ports. If you connect to the USB ports circled in green and blue in the picture attached do you have problems? What are you transferring to/from?
