Happy New year guys!

My lovely G74sx boy gonna celebrate his 4th birhtday in few days! despite having,

*When headphone connected ,sound is not muted in laptop!
*Power jack becoming loose!

So decided to change..need your advise, changing just the headphone jack(with pdif ) and power jack really need to be Genuine Asus product? do you think getting non branded will be an issue?

Any UK site links will be really helpful?
