Download and install HWinfo and watch your temps. The only thing other than lack of power from bad/dead battery or connection that comes to mind is the thermal overload on the CPU die. If it either detects an overtemp it will initiate an emergency shut down or if it's faulty and thinks it's overheating you still get the same.*

Hi. It seems there's nothing wrong with the temps upon checking with HWinfo. Even on "idle" times, it justs shuts off. Does it have a faulty hardware? Should I send it to Asus? I just had this for about 2 months
