If there isn't any other reason to move to 1501, I won't. If it fixed Bluetooth, yeah, then maybe I fiddle with voltages in memory. I was able to get it solid in 1003 with 1.385v so not a big deal. I don't need to tighten timings more than what I have.

In the end I'm not sweating any of it. Just wanted to report, that the same issues with 1003 (in my case) is there with 1501.

I did a bit more experimenting with this BIOS version and I simply couldn't get it stable even with the memory at 1.4 v, so I couldn't hit the XMP profile. I could get it stable if I raised the timings but I shouldn't have to do that. Version 901 works fine with 1.35 volts and the XMP profile.

    Kinda sux.

I am using my G.Skill Trident Z 3200 C14-14-14-36 (32GB 4x8) and never had an issue. XMP enabled and ready to go since day one. In a Asus Rampage V Edition 10 + Intel 6850k @ 4.3GHz

I would say that is the only thing that worked out of the box and zero issues with this MB. Everything else was... (we all know the story)

armin_maleki, please list all your hardware specs, while I don't think 1.5 volts will harm anything it shouldn't need this much voltage at XMP settings, have you made any changes to VCSSA voltage?
What motherboard, CPU, etc. are you using

Updated mine. Seems fine so far. There's a new option to disable AURA lights when computer is sleep/off/etc. Will be running some stability tests to see if runs with lower or higher voltages.

So I moved to my secondary BIOS, reflashed it with 1501 directly. I've been running it for a while and doing some testing. I managed to get the RAM stable so far at XMP profile speeds. I do have to say at 901 I was able to get my machine stable at 4.5 Ghz. It was a bear to get it that way, but I was successful in a 4 hour test. Sadly with this BiOS i can't get there. That being said at 4.4 Ghz I'm able to do that with fewer volts and so my computer is about 10 degrees cooler under load, never breaking 75C at its max and usually was around 70C which is pretty awesome.

So take a little, give a little. Bluetooth still doesn't work which I'm still very annoyed with. :/
