You can download ASUS/ROG software from the motherboard support pages. You can even download ASUS/ROG software intended for other motherboards, although "ROG Software" typically won't work unless it detects the magical "ROG Chip" embedded on every ROG motherboard.
There's often some cool wallpapers and such on the support discs, and no (official) way to download them, so no ODD means you might miss out on some cosmetic stuff. But all the "important" ASUS/ROG softwares can be found on the ASUS/ROG download sites.
