Nate and Arne: "Rockit Cool 88 delid tool" -- There was a golden 7350K that I bricked trying to delid with a razor blade. Three more 7350K's later (Don't buy any CPUs from me on e-bay) there is one that's fairly good but not golden. The Rocket Cool 88 worked like a champ on that one. There's a satisfying give to it when the tool reaches the right pressure.

I'm unlikely to get a M9E for two reasons: (1) The Apex overclocks so well and those benchmarks that do better with 4 sticks of DRAM can run on Z170 M8E. (2) At the rate motherboards swap on the test bench, I really do not need a custom waterblock.

I'm going to get the Rockit 88 tool soon, I think I have a good i7-7700k and delidding it should only make it better. I been researching it pretty hard and people are reporting anywhere from a 10c - 30c temp drop.

Here's a little Mafia III at 5.3GHz, HT is off and temps do get into the mid 70's but I'd say average is mid to high 60's. I'd be happy with 20c, I might can do 5.5GHz with HT off and hopefully 5.4GHz with HT on.

I don't know why Afterburner decided not to record the sound, there's alot of them to try I 'm now using OBS and gonna try shadowplay again.

What do you think about the voltage and temps ?
