Heh. Unfortunately the TV show "Cops" ruined that song for me. Now that's all I think of when I hear that song.

I've been forced to use "mainstream" everyman computing devices when away from home. Even lowly 8GB A8/i5 platforms running <gasp!> integrated graphics. Not worth looking under the hood, watercooling, or tweaking. Not able to run any sort of real game or do any sort of computational heavy lifting.

But plenty overkill for daily office work, web browsing, emails, social media, watch videos, etc. Easily able to perform all the "mainstream" tasks. Surprisingly quick and responsive, lacking the sluggish startup/shutdown times I've seen on most of the "real" computing platforms.

Your ROG M9F mobo, liquid-cooled overclocked i7-7700K, 32GB DDR4-3200, 950Pro M.2/NVMe SSD, and 2-SLI TitanX cards hardly qualifies as "mainstream" though, lol.

I have this board as well. I can't believe that Asus eliminated the vrm temp sensor from this high end board considering the cost. Even the VIII Hero had a temp sensor for the vrm. It would have been interesting to see what the difference between air and water temps for the vrm's. Hopefully this wasn't a cost cutting decision. Other than that, it's a nice board

I am running SLI...but water cooled so not a problem....but for air cooled cards...yes it is not ideal...don't like the spacing to be honest....mainly because I now can't use my tripple ROG enthusiast SLI bridge...will have to buy a new version of the HB SLI bridge...there is one included of course...but it's Fugly!!

    Is that true?

There must be a sensor right? for fedback to fan control in BIOS...but not readable?

Could spark a whole host of conspiracy theories about marketing dept not wanting comparrison between boards etc

Right...I think i have the solution to the fittings on the CrossChill block....(I know why they call it CrossChill now...I got pretty cross when I realised my fittings wouldn't fit!)

Got a type of riser...flat on one side to meet seal on fitting
