While I was reading things on this forum, for tips and advice I noticed something about UEFI mode and installing windows under it. What does UEFI do? I'm sure I didn't install windows under this mode. Should I re-install windows under UEFI mode? Is there set ups or stuff to turn on or off in BIOS?

Yes, you should. UEFI offers many benefits.

Spam the F8 key when you see the ASUS logo. Then select the medium with the UEFI prefix that you're going to install Windows from.

What benefits are there besides a faster boot time and graphical interface?

I have not converted to UEFI because a lot of people say it adds to DPC latency which I try to get as low as possible for playing games like CS GO.
Additionally, sometimes legacy hardware will fail to load into windows if it starts up too fast, even my SoundBlaster ZXR which isnt THAT old does this sometimes, and using BIOS mode helps me avoid that.
