Hey all! I've had this issue for a while now, and it's really annoying. Basically from what I've read, this laptop should easily supply 4-5 hours of battery for normal web browsing, and maybe 2-3 hours for gaming.

However, for me, it only lasts at most 2 hours while web surfing! If playing not too demanding games, I'd be lucky to get 1.5 hours. I booted into Linux today to do some machine learning computations, and it lasted an entire 30 minutes.

If anyone owns the laptop, is this normal? 😕 If not, does anyone experience the same problem and found a solution?

I tried updating my bios a while ago, but it didn't do anything. The battery monitor indicated that most battery was drained by normal apps (such as Chrome). I didn't try replacing the battery, as it's pretty expensive 😕

Any help would be highly appreciated! 🙂
