I have error code 00

Here is what happened: my computer was turned on. It went into a bios error and black screened. A little while later there was a loud bang. It was the hose blowing out of my water pump. I cleaned it all up and replaced the cooler with a new one. Now I get error 00.
Everything does power up but the indicator light on the board is red. Could the CPU have over heated and now dead?

My Question:
When it went into the bios error was there full power to my water pump connected to the water pump header that caused this major issue since the bios was not loaded to control it?

It depends on how much damage was done to your system especially the motherboard and CPU.

I am referring to when it was in black screen was the pump header at 100% power?

as ong there is power on the mobo, the pump will go as usual.
