Strix RX 460 - Unlocking all stream processors

I recently came accross the new BIOS, released for the RX 460 graphics card. Flashing the card with that BIOS should unlock additional 128 stream processors.
I am curious about it and i haven't tried it yet. Have any of you guys?
What performance gain would I get by unlocking my RX 460?
Is there a chance that flashing a new BIOS would brick my card?

Here is a youtube video where you can find more details:

Only way to find out is to try, but I'd make doubly sure, and if the performance increase isn't much, then forget about it. Not worth the risk.
Can't recall the benefit, but I think it was something like 5%?
Not worth it in my opinion.

    Very interesting.

Here it says the RX 460 got a 10% performance gain in the witcher 3 with the unlocked bios, I don't understand why it would be locked in the first place.
