I need to know somethings about a mother board, but I can't find a email address to contact ASUS, and the number to call is not toll free.

Considering the long hold times only to be disconnected before I could talk to anyone, people with funny accents, people who are clueless about computers etc, when I called the toll free number for notebooks, (some super cheap Indian or whatever, call center I assume) I definitely don't want to go through all that on my own long distance dime.

Anyone have/know of any way I might contract ASUS for free? Perhaps a way to contact ASUS employees that aren't clueless too?

This type of thing is really discouraging for buying ASUS products.

Well this is actually a forum where you can talk with real asus employee (not my case but some people are ) so maybe you can ask your question here?

Really? Usually forums from business type sites are the way the business uses customers to take care of customers to save labor costs. By real asus employees, are you talking about the type of clueless clowns I got when I called the notebook toll free number? Or, knowledgeable tech literate types?

replied to your post. and just a FYI, i have a funny Indian accent and am pretty clueless clown when it comes to computers. but hopefully my suggestion helps.

as for asus montiors... if you want to ask you can post it in the off topic section, but i would really like to keep this community to start off with just ROG related products, at least for the time being and we are a bit more established...
