Reboot sin BSOD y no booteó más

Tenía desde siempre (3 años) OC estable a @4.6 24/7 con voltajes decentes y temperatura bien bajas (delid + liquid metal), todo normal y bien.

Empezó con bichos de pantalla que parecían problema de OC de la GPU. Días después siguió con reboots, luego dejó de pasar el POST. Par de días después booteo, entonces:
Accioness: saqué la gráfica, jumpee la mother para eliminar cualquier rastro de OC, mantuve habilitada la iGPU para tener screen, desconecté todos los USB, los tres discos, saqué todos los módulos de RAM. Limpié todos los contactos, Instalé RAM de a un módulo por vez, probándolos todos individualmente, conecté el SSD, luego un HDD, luego el otro, luego la GPU, todo andaba. Vuelta a Windows, crashes sin ningún mensaje de BSOD, nada más corte de golpe y reboot. Flashee la BIOS (hace tiempo uso la última version v1603), seguían los eventuales reinicios, flashee con la versión de BIOS que trajo la placa (v0903), anduvo unas horas, probé estabilidad, bien, volví a ocear con una configuración menos exigente, pasó varios renders de 3D Max y varias compresiones con Handbrake, suficiente para mí, temperatuas bajas, voltajes normales 1.276 core VID, 1.296 VCORE en Windows (esta vez no usé Adaptive para más seguridad). Luego de unas horas, reboot, reboot, reboot, muerte cerebral.

El led del disco de booteo, OK, los 4 leds del post: procesador Ok, los siguientes: RAM, GPU y disco de booteo del SO, lecturas aleatorias, suele llega hasta el led de GPU y cortarse ahí, otras veces no pasa el de RAM, y eventualmente sólo pasa el del micro. De los Qled no puedo decir nada, el display parece tener quemados algunos de los palitos que forman las letras y números, así que el mensaje de error que canta es indescifrable.
En el video del link está sin la GPU, con la iGPU habilitada. Ultimos fallos antes de no bootear más: cuelgues estando en la misma BIOS.
El código de error de American Megatrends para los 2 pitidos cortos que se escuchan en el video: "Ha ocurrido un error de paridad en los primeros 64KB de RAM. El sistema ha encontrado un error al chequear la memoria" no me sirve de nada, el sistema cae mucho antes de hacer el mem check
Alguien supone algo? PSU, mother, micro?

It started with leaks, which seemed like an OC problem of the GPU. After some days it continuous with reboots and then the POST couldn't be pass.
Later, it boot so what i did was: taking out the graphic card, and then i"jumped the mother in order to clear CMOS and eliminate any sign of the OC. Due to this, I keept turned on the iGPU to have screen. I disconnected all the USBs gadgets, the three discs and the RAM modules. I cleaned up all the contacts and I installed the RAM module by module, trying them all individually. Morover I conected the SSD, then the HDDs and finally the GPU. All seemed to work correctly, but going back to Windows it crashed without any BSOD, just suddenly stoped and reboot. I flashed the BIOS, but eventually resets keep happening. I flashed it again (I actually used v 1603) and againit with an old version of the BIOS (BIOS originally v0903) and it worked for a couple hours. I tryied the stability and it was ok, so I tryied it again with a less demanding configuration. Many 3D "renders" and Handbrake compresssiongs had passed and it was enought to me; the temperatures was low, normal voltages (1276 core VID, 1296 VCORE at Windows, this time I didnt use Adaptive for more security.) Hours later, it rebooted again, again and again. The boot disc led (yellow) was ok, the four leds (reds) of the POST: the processor was ok, the next: RAM, GPU, boot disc of SO made random readings. Sometimes it arrives to the led of the GPU and stop there, others it doesn't passed the RAM one and eventually it only passed the micro one. Of Q-Code display I cant say anything, the display seemed to have some things which form letters and numbers burned, so the mistake message its unreadable. On the vídeo it is without the GPU and with the IGPU allowed. Last mistakes after no booting anymore: stop working being at BIOS. In de video can hear doublé short piiiip, Americand Trends code Indicates “RAM read erro” but my sistem crash before mem check.
So… what do you think: PSU, motherboard, 4770k chip?

Una cosa que podrías intentar es presionar F8 cuando Windows arranca y luego deshabilitar el reinicio en caso de un fallo en el sistema, luego de que arranques normalmente Windows, el BSOD tiene que aparecerte sin cortes o puedes buscar el minidump desde windows/minidump/ y usar el debugging tools de MS para verificar que es lo que te esta sucediendo. Muchas veces los BSOD son muy rapidos y son mas rapidos que un pestañeo.

Puede ser la ram por los 2 pitidos cortos, prueba limpiar los slots y los modulos e intenta nuevamente.
