I've installed the latest drivers + control panel form the motherboards website (v1911421) and tried with 3 different headphones, but only the left channel works, I get no audio output on the right headphone.

Anyone know if theres a way to fix this? My OS is windows 10 64 bit.

Try to disable audio in bios and reboot then re enable.
I had both channels down on rear output and it helped for some reason.
Will the forum bugs get fixed?

I'll try that. I'm downloading the realtek drivers too to use instead if I cant get the front panel working.

Well that didnt work, so Im just using the back panel and realtek drivers instead.

Also you can try alternative OP sytem to boot from usb linux or something to test audio.

I found a better solution - I ordered a soundblaster Z.

Been fighting trying to get this damned thing to work. I've had the same type of issues with Soundblaster, maybe I'll try it again.
