I bought a GL552VX on Dec-2016. And I get really annoying issue

Here is the specs:

CPU: 6th Generation Intel® Skylake Core™ i7 _ 6700HQ Processor (2.6GHz, 6M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz)
RAM: 16GB DDr4 bus 2133Mhz
Ổ cứng: 1TB (1000GB) 7200rpm Hard Drive + 128GB SSD M2 Sata
Màn Hình: 15.6 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti Glare LED Backlit Display
VGA: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 950M 4GB DDR5 with Optimus technology / Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 530
Weight: 2.3kg

And I have the issue in video below with Windows 10.( Installed all drivers, Updated BIOS to version 300)

It happens some times a day. SO SADDDDDDDDDDDD

And I reinstalled Windows 10 some times, but it did not help.

BUT I do not have this issue with Ubuntu 16.10 ( it just stuck only 1 times, since I bought)

Does anyone know which is the issue ?

Do i forget any driver or.............. ?

Does the black screen happen during start up?

I had this issue before, wherein when I turn on my laptop, after the ASUS logo, it goes into black screen. No way to recover but to hard reset.

The way I fixed it was to turn off fast start up in the window's power options. Here's a link to it

This issue is still happening... with Windows 10
I do not have the issue with Ubuntu.
