X99 Strix - USB and LAN stopped working

My Motherboard is only 6 weeks old and today when I went to use it my USB devices amd LAN Ethernet were not working at all.

My USB devices were totally unresponsive in Windows but would work for the very first boot into the Bios. After rebooting the pc the Keyboard and Mouse were undetected in the Bios. Clearing the CMOS would let me back into the bios and allow the Keyboard and Mouse to work again but only until the pc was reset. USB devices still wouldn't not work in Windows. I managed to get the USB ports to work by Disabling XCHI in the Bios.

Now onto the LAN connection via the Ethernet port this is also not working at all. I have tried different Ethernet cables, reinstalling the driver. Nothing works. Windows says there is a hardware problem but cant fix it and no Ethernet connections are listed, only wifi (which I havent used until today to get on the net).

I have re-flashed the Bios, rolled back windows, and tried an acronis image of an earlier build but nothing is working.

To me its looking like a faulty board.

My hardware is as follows.

X99 Strix :Bios 0401
6800k
32Gb Corsair 3200Mhz ram (4x8gb Sticks)
Creative Soundblaster Z
Nvidia 980Ti
840Pro Boot drive

Windows 10 64bit Home, all latest drivers
