I just looked at the Evga stuff and they start shipping mid April to early May... I am wondering if ASUS is going to do the same. If that is the case then I will just go ahead and buy FE one. Can anyone confirm when will ASUS actually start shipping their products ?

Why would you want to go ahead and just get the FE? Once the aftermarket cards come out, won't it make you wish you would have waited?

Just getting annoyed by the lack of transparency from ASUS at this point. While they have the right to do what they want with their products. I don't like how they are handling it. First they said available worldwide Mid-March then late March and we are 2 days away from end of March and nothing anywhere. I have been waiting to play ME Andromeda.

ROG NA just posted on their FB page that it will be a couple more weeks before it becomes available. Not sure or not but it seems like people in Asia already have it.

Why get the FE when EVGA has a superior product available? If you want the ROG Strix, wait. If you want a 1080 Ti NOW get the FTW 3.

Ya, I am debating this as well, at least EVGA has a clear estimated date on their site.

Let the men do it right! Have you observed what is going on on AMD side? They were pushed to release the Ryzen and now there are a lot of complaints... they will be fixed, of course, just it will be some frustration until then... Think this way: they are taking the time to do it right...

I understand the get it right part and frankly i don't mind waiting. The problem is the clarity of the launch. I wouldn't mind if they say hey its getting released in June. Fine that is a time frame I can wait too, but to push it every two weeks by two more weeks is annoying to say the least. More annoying on top of it is having to check the sites every day due to their lack of notifications for launch.

Thats exactly what I don't understand, if its available to other people around the world, why is it not yet released here in US ? But again back to the same point, its a matter of giving one date and sticking to it instead of jumping it every time it comes close.
