    "Fast Boot" bug/issue

    Motherboard model: VII Ranger

    UEFI Version: 3003

    CPU: i5-4690K

    Memory kit part number (s) and amount in GB: G.Skill F3-1600C9D-8GAO (2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz)

    GPU: MSI GTX 970 4G

    SSD/HDDs/Optical drives: 850 EVO (250GB) - WD BLUE 1TB (WD10EZEX)

    PSU: Seasonic S12II-620

    USB Devices (model/version number):
    Logitech K120 wired USB keyboard
    Logitech G303 wired USB mouse
Netgear WNA1100 USB wifi network adapter

Operating system: Windows 7 64 Bit

System Overclocked: No (turbo boost disabled too)

UEFI option "Fast Boot" seems to be buggy when I restart my PC. What happens is this: when I restart my system from Windows 7 (Start > Reboot the system), it normally reboots until it shows the "Republic of Gamers" motherboard splash screen (the part where UEFI starts recognizing devices attached and loads stuff prior to loading the OS). Here, it is now loading much slower than usual (like Fast Boot is now turned off).
Although, when the PC is completely turned off, I turn it on, get to the motherboard's splash screen (ROG logo) and it loads fast as usual and as it should do (like "Fast Boot" is actually enabled).

I don't know if anyone still works on UEFI updates and bugfixes but I hope that my issue was explained clearly enough and will be taken in consideration.
    Thanks for reading
