Dont waste your time on a 120GB SSD. They barely hold the OS and drivers size wize and the smaller drives do not perform as well as the larger drives.
Those you have listed are at the back of the pack performance wise as in less than last generations speeds.
My advice would be to hold out and get a better drive. At least a Samsung 960 Evo and minimum of 256GB, preferably 512GB.
No sense in spending money just to be spending it to get bottom of the barrel in performance.
