    GPU Tweak II Clock Speed

What is the Cock Speed in the Monitor and the Professional Mode?

If I set it to 1973 the actual frequency is 2126MHz (the max stable frequency when using 3D Mark Fire Strike).
The Monitor will show 721 with a max of 759 (probably a test that failed).

The Memory Clock shows correctly (10990 which is max in 3D Mark Fire Strike).

In 3D Mark Fire Strik the Memory Clock shows as 1/8 of the actual clock (1375MHz), why is that?

Is there a better way to over clock my 1080 GTX? Looking in the BIOS it's obviously a bunch of other parameters that can be adjusted.

When you set a value in the GPU Boost Clock option, the GPU will boost to that frequency. But if the conditions are optimal, it will boost even more.

There was a bug with GPU Tweak II and the latest NVIDIA drivers that prevented GPU Tweak II from displaying the correct GPU Clock speed. But it's fixed in the new version of GPU Tweak II. So I would recommend you update yours.

GPU Tweak II displays the effective speed (10990MHz). Some applications show the real speed (2747.5MHz).
