I have had a frustrating time myself, I set the standardised unbiased D.O.C.P settings target frequency 3200mhz, my processor is OC to 3.85ghz, but when I restart the PC, it will not change the frequency from 2133mhz? When I try to adjust the D.O.C.P settings manually I can't even get the PC to boot, three bleeps! I have absolutely no problem setting all the Corsair Dominator Memory to 2666mhz, so what do I do, I can leave 48Gb of memory at 2666 and sell the other two 8gb sticks, or remove the other two and just keep the 3200mhz sticks until the Bios works better, or am I just missing something completely? Any advice will be helpful. I have the previous Bios update (not the current one) and my spec is on the page.
Thanks Simon.

Simon,
The kit you linked is 32GB (2x 16GB), as you state you have 48GB @ 2666MHz and sell 2x 8GB sticks, are you stating you are using 2 sets of RAM kits? (ie 2x 16GB and 2x 8GB)Intel DefectorAMD Rebel

Oops! Update, I sold the 32gb 2666Mhz and purchased the 3200Mhz for the same price, so I have 2 x 16gb dominator platinum torque edition in the PC, running really well at 3.1Ghz without breaking a sweat, but still trimming the speed, will get to the max and beyond!

Officially supported speed as per AMD is 2400MHz for dual rank/sided dimms when 2 used.
So you will need more tweaking to reach rated speed of RAM kit. Use Thaiphoon burner to get RAM IC info (link), as this will aid you.Intel DefectorAMD Rebel

Official support is official support. It is a good guide to what is officially supported.
The further away from official support you go the more probable you will have problems.
That you don't have problems and can fire up XMP depends entirely on your fortune with your IMC. Which has nothing to do with official support.
