Asus has released a new bios for our motherboards version 3201. I haven't installed it yet so I cannot say what it does or doesn't do.

it is a very old motherboard. Why update the bios to her? no one she no longer enjoys. I do not know what's there.

After the broken ESD in 3103 I'm afraid to try it right now as I need my system to remain 100% stable all the time.

The firmware was updated to 3201, did not notice any changes. All the same works. Played 4-hour in Battlefield 1 and GTA5 Online - everything is fine.

No issues with 3201, just be sure and install the latest Intel MEI drivers if you don't want the dip away mode crashes which were incorrectly blamed on the Ai Suite software but in reality was an away mode issue with outdated Intel MEI drivers.

Intel ME Date: 14.12.2016 (Latest)

I've seen these MEI drivers as well but they are not made specifically for the Z97 chipset and they are not the latest because the ones I posted show a Jan. 2017 date, so not only are they older but they aren't made for the Z97 chipset. > This download is valid for the product(s) listed below.

Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i5BNK
Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i5BNH
Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i7BNH
Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i3BNK

I've personally tested the MEI drivers that I posted a link to and they list compatible chip sets as the following, Z170, Z270, Q270, B250, H1xx, B150,*Z97, X99, H97, Z87, ... (Intel Series 8/9/100/200)

I'm already running IME 11.6.1194 on my machine but I'm still worried about an unexpected ESD shutdown from 3201. If anyone has an issue with unexpected shutdowns will you please post your experience here for us. Thank you.

Then launch your own and you will receive a message stating that ALREADY a more recent version
