Latest Middle Earth: Shadow of War

Looking forward to Warner Bros sequel to Shadow of Mordor
which to me was epic and still is.
You'll have your own ring of power to take it to Sauron and the Nazgul. Developers at Monolith have massively expanded every dimension of the game, including the world, the story, the RPG systems.
Release date is not until August 25th with some gameplay showing at E3 on March 8th so Iv'e heard.

I played Shadow of Mordor for a while, but I found it to be less RPG than I wanted, and too much Beat-em-up. I love LOTR, but found it to be not an enthralling adventure and too repetitive after a while. Can't stand button mashing games

Yes it does unfortunately (for some) and that seems to be the trend these days. I personally have not engaged in any microtransactions and the game does not pester me to go to the store. I am enjoying it so far without paying extra for boosts and to be honest I would rather take my time with what the game offers as is.
