Motherboard stopped posting q-code 8

Hi!
I just installed this motherboard today and installed 0902 bios and went on to install windows. Everything went well and I turned off the computer and plugged in my secondary ssds(two of them). After doing this the system refuses to post(the fans start going and the leds work) but it won't post and gives me q-code 8 which I don't understand what it means. I have tried flashing back to another bios but it results in 3 blinks and static light which means that there was an error(and unplugged all but my main ssd and the same thing occurs). I'm at a complete loss and I'm wondering where do I go from here. Any help is appreciated.

Code 8 is a problem with the CPU.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the power supply.
Remove the battery from the board for 10 minutes and then put it back in.
Remove all hardware but CPU, GPU, and one RAM stick.
Plug the power cable back in.
Cross your fingers, toes, and eyes.
Power the computer up.
Go into the BIOS and put the settings back to what they were then save.
Shut down and reinstall the rest of the system.
