I had flashed to 3008 and was experiencing problems with P-states using Zenstates not working. Beyond the P-states issue, subsequent testing using manual settings revealed stability issues as well. I then reverted to 0200 and all was functioning fine. Then I mentally reviewed what I had done in flashing to 3008, and realized that I had not cleared the CMOS prior to flashing. A rookie mistake.

I flashed using the proper method to 3008 today, set up my memory with 3466 MHz Stilt settings, and Zenstates to 3.95 GHz (which has been my "Go to" configuration for some time). Ran some testing to stress the System/CPU, and MemTest64 to look for errors. Everything is good to go.

Posted this as a reminder to both new folk and the experienced, don't forget to clear that CMOS! It can prevent many of the issues people post each time a new Bios version comes out.

with all the older bios's the best I can do with my memory was to manually set the timings to 16,17,17,17 and speed to 2800 MHz and voltage to 1.35700. now with this new 3008 bios, all I did is set d,o,c,p and voltage to 1.37500 so far so good but i have to play a few games to see if it will crash

    Terrible Bios. Nothing stable. (3008)

10-15 Degrees higher temps with old settings comparing to 1701.

Simplest benchmarks are crashing so I need to reboot everytime. (then now sudden shut downs happen)

Screen freezes. Mice&keyboard are not turning off their LEDS with this BIOS.

Boot up and turn off PC time increased a lot.

Going back to 1701 now. I got zero problem there before with 3.9 Ghz at 1.375 V and 3200 ghz 14-14-14-28-55 with ram.

Have you tried USB Bios Flashback method after renaming the 1701 file with BRenamer?

well so much for bios 3008 I had to set my memory back to old settings it was unstable I might go back to bios 9920 but overclockers.net the people on there say 3008 is good so far it is ok with memory at 2800 mhz but i think 9920 was better

Have tried both these latest beta BIOSes, both gives blue screens on windows 10 within first 30 minutes, when 1701 works fine except that cold boot bug.

Since 1701 is older BIOS, you need to update it via USB BIOS Flashback method.

No need to use that BRenamer, just rename cap-file to C6H.cap (for non-WIFI/non-Extreme -version).

Tried 3008 Bios and it seems to be a good one. Gain some 100 MHz on overclock with the same voltage and the cold boot issue is completely gone BUT it also make the sleep option completely unusable. I dont know if is my specific configuration or a more widespred bug but after sleep all games stutter and lag like hell ( BF1 is caped at 52 fps and it has a lag which looks like ruberbanding); Beside this I also lose 200+ points on Cinebench r15. I hope they fix this on the stable release because I use sleep option allot.

P.S. Temp. ofset issue after sleep is also fixed.
