I would like to see a new BIOS as well. If one isn't ready though, I would rather wait than something being pushed out before it is ready to. Whether it's a beta or not doesn't matter to me. If it's a beta though, I would personally like to see the return of the 9943 and 9945's updated with AGESA 1.0.0.6.

I have reverted back to 1401 as I started getting random black screen or rather it’s like a sleep mode from which it never wakes up..

i think asus dumped us for the x399 boards, asus seems to run updates for about 6 months after a motherboard release and then we get the boot, it's a sad way to treat devoted customers buying expensive motherboards.

I don't think so. I have been buying Asus motherboards for a long time and they have always been great supporting their boards for many years after release. For example my last motherboard was the SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (a great board, bye the way) and they continued to release Bios updates for over 4 years after it was released.

I'm running Bios 1501 and it is rock solid stable for me. 1403 was a good Bios but I think 1501 is even better. Sorry you guys are having problems.

No it's BIOS fault, users do nothing wrong, sue ASUS.

Well, I will just patiently wait for newer BIOS; I did experience some weird behavior with chain 0E, 06, 0D and 8 (or 00?) And once a while, when I try to reboot the windows, it will just decide to go into one of those error but not often unless you keep rebooting upon entering windows. For some reason, I was going thru nightmare for 2 day earlier this week to try to trouble shoot for those after system being stable for a long time. it just keep goin into those errors regardless how many time I reflash BIOS or let everything run on default. I honestly couldn't figure anything out for that bs behavior, was about to flip the table. But it decided to play nice again yesterday lol. I still like WTF happened, but I ain't going to change anything until new BIOS . If you have issue with system hang/black screen, might be a good idea to check event viewer under windows. you can easily access it to determine what cause issue. It's just like one of my mushkin SSD was giving me issue with this board, but not on any other systems (laptops, previous build with intel) I have. and all my other SSD works fine as well. I had just got my replacement back from muskin today, and it's working beautifully or at least I haven't had any issue with it the past 4 hours.
