    Just flashed 1701.
So far looks ok - same temps.

I was able to boot RAM at 3600@15-15-15 (4x8GB)

    It is not stable (yet?)
Passes some benchmarks but fails on IBT AVX - but CPU voltage is different now so may need adjustments.

    update:

3600@16 is usable but failed later in IBT.
There must be some change in BIOS because for procODT at 53 ohm it boots at 3600 every time. So it may be good base for research.

But 3466@14-14-14 is stable (both IBT / avx and OCCT / avx).

Just set training retries to 5 or 6. If it still fails it means you mem settings are on stability border. Tweak BIOS settings.
Good luck with other mobos. Their BIOSes suck even more...

Do you have any objective evidence to support your assertions?

With a completely new platform major problems were inevitable. And yes, all boards seem to have experienced similar problems to a greater or lesser degree. However, If you take the time to read the posts on other sites, It looks like other manufacturers addressed the cold boot issue soon after release!

every 2 to 3 days I have to check the bios as it stops booting. its really annoying. give this motherboard to a technician and tell him to see how many days it works for. ok so we don't have input everything like we did before so its not that much of a hard job. I still paid for a premium board and it shouldn't have problems. I could never sell this pc in this condition. atm, these boards are only suitable for enthusiasts.

You don't sell a PC with heavy overclocks. You tune it so it works as expected.

Every single time i disable it I can't boot to windows...

    Any tips there?

    Thanks
