    - set ram voltage to 1.33v (instead of the default 1.35v) [because it shuts them off if loading too much current?]
    - set the power phase of the SOC to extreme
and a few other things that seem to be less related...

can someone tell me wheter the extreme power phase setting is a bad idea or not even a big deal?
i don't know what it does exactly...
Extreme just has all phases active at all times. For memory, not a big deal. For CPU, it makes a decent bit of extra heat. If you have any airflow, you should be fine, but you'd have to look at your VRM temps for your use case.

If you think it's shutting off due to over current, try raising the DRAM current capability, but at 1.35v I can't really see that. You can always try it though. I run mine at 130% on a Crosshair VII. 1.4v boot, 1.4v running. 130%/Extreme, 4x8GB gskill 3200c14@3600c16, manual SoC voltage 1.05, but always reads low in software/BIOS. I also have a profile at 3600-14-15-14-14-28-42-160nsRFC @1.5v and I've never had an overcurrent shutdown, so 1.35 seems unlikely to do it. 1.5v is nothing to sneeze at, but it's not obscene for daily. It's Karhu 30,000% stable, never higher than 41c/stick in software, but I run a monoblock and a memory waterblock because lolynot.

Extreme on SoC shouldn't be a big deal unless your voltage and LLC is set high. Extreme phase control and high/tight LLC on CPU is unnecessary unless you're going ham on an all core OC on the higher core count chips. That's IMO.

    Error q07

    Hi everyone

I am not very expert in these topics. I am using a translator, so I feel my English.

I had since 2018 with BIOS 6004 in my C6H, with the 1800x and without problems. I don't do OC or anything like that. I was able to set my memories to 3200 without problems with the automatic profile.

Today when booting I see that I have an error q07. First time I see it. Restart and boot the computer. So I started reading the forum and decided to put BIOS 6302 for stability. I just want stability. My memories are G Skill TridentZ F4-3200C14-8GTZ

I have rebooted several times before and after updating the BIOS and it has not happened again at the moment. It only happened to me once. Will it happen again?

What is the most stable BIOS version for my 1800X and my memories?

Thanks and sorry for the translate

    (1) Your system is old enough now to require a bios battery change. If this happens again, replace the bios battery.

    (2) The latest BIOS is always best bios to be running, unless specifically noted otherwise.

    Ok, thanks.
I seem to need the 130% current cap and it's anyway just about limits, it won't force more current.

And I don't want LLC. I used it on an intel platform but with AMD I can't make sense out of it, so I use "Auto" there.
The CPU uses standard power phase control. I changed the SoC one and was worried it might harm something. But if it's just about temperature, i think that's fine.
The effect of SoC voltage seems to be almost no where.

But my system didn't crash again since I changed it, 8 1/2 days so far - while playing games in a VM and streaming and whatsoever. everything looks good and I'm happy ^^
    Having an ASUS board?
Increasing the Capabilities in your Digi+ VRM can prevent your hardware from being shut off (relaxes over-current condition).
Do it if you DID NOT set bad settings but didn't get it stable. (i.e. your hardware is for overclocking, high destiny, whatever).

I understand that the versions from mine are practically more thought for the 2000 and 3000 series and would not give me anything more than the problems that you have been describing lately. Also, the BIOS 6401 not losing performance due to loss of a feature?

Thanks for everything again. Excuse my English.

    No problem.

At least you have another language, some of us are stuck with only English as a known and google translate for everything else - like me.
Latest Bios has the most up to date AGESA Code https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGESA and 99% of the time is best option to run.

Lo tienes activo en BIOS? Comprueba que no este deshabilitado.
Para la próxima, intenta postear en ingles, aunque sea tirando de traductor xD

With BIOS 7803 now the MB refueses to boot if CSM is disabled, stuck at q-code 3b and CPU red led. To solve a clear CMOS must be performed and CSM must remain enabled.

Same Issue with CSM but stuck on error code 43 instead, Flashed back to previous bios for stability, the new bios doesn't offer anything useful to this board
