hi barno
some steps of troubleshooting You may try, clean CMOS and
push Me button then try to clean the Vengeance LPX pins
and re install again

On this motherboard there is no ME button, and how do CMOS restet do?

As per the manual the CMOS jumper is located in the bottom right segment of the board and is referenced as RTC Clear Data.

1) If any of the onboard LED are lit (e.g. CPU, DRAM)
2) Remove the CPU whilst checking for any bent pins, reseat the CPU whilst checking for even mounting pressure and over-tightening.

OK pin is simple under processor I checked the CMOS reset I did and continue the same, lit the led yellow moments and then the red CPU and DRAM lit up, and so on to change as the out of the B slot the computer will turn on normally, who else has any ideas?

Can someone help me with this still haven't found solution....
