    You open it with the Asus Update program, click on Bios, it'll give you an option to manually select the file. Beware flashing in Windows isn't the best way to do this, I think you MAY be able to do it from within the Bios, check that out first, could be wrong, not home right now.

    Also I'm kinda doubting any Bios update would make a 7th gen Intel CPU work on a 6th gen Intel-board.

    put the old cpu back in and upgrade bios, put the new cpu in and try and if nothing, then its to new for the motherboard and the bios update may not be for a while and as Michael said, go for the i7 6700 (non-k)

    My local pc-part dealer only have this:

    "Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake Prosessor" It has the "K" but will it still work with my computer?

    Yes, but obviously you can't use the overclock portion
