ROG Theme M-ITX lan/VR honest opinions please

This is my first amateur build with liquid cooling I learned a lot and enjoyed it, now I am looking for some feed back on how it looks. Please keep in mind this is an M-ITX case from lian li with minimal space

Motherboard= Asus Maximus VIII Impact m-ITX
Ram= ddr4 2666 Avexir Impact 2x4gb Asus certified
Psu= Silerstone modular 600w SFX
Case= Lian Li Asus certified m-ITX
Optical Drive= slot load Panasonic uj265 BD-R DL 6x blue-ray writer
Storage= PNY 1Tb SSD

As much as I can see inside, I like it! Outside, however, not so much... too much tubing on the exterior...
I am wondering if you would have turned the radiator around... you know, with the fittings looking backward... maybe even down-side...
Same thing for the reservoir... turn it with the fittings toward the case...

thanks for the input. the swiftech radiator I used would have blocked the upper inlets if I turned it around (that was how I first saw going together), and the case is so small if I turned the reservoir around the loop would be smack dab in the motherboard. my goal was not to use any 90s or 45s so even if I turned the reservoir 1/4 turn the tube would bend outside the width of the case. I will edit the original post with a front view of the case open.
