Is anyone else having issues with CPU-Z when using the on-board AMD RAID?

CPU-Z hangs at 65%. It appears to be querying storage. ProcMon shows no thread activity and I am unable to kill any cpuz threads/tasks. Access to those processes is denied and nothing short of a reboot will kill it. If I disable the AMD RAID device, I can load CPU-Z no problem. valid.x86.fr/phlv7p Yay!

It looks like I'll be ditching the RAID configuration but I was hoping to find out if anyone else experienced similar lock-ups.
